Vutek PV200 Print Head Modification Service The VUTEk PV200 Print Head Modification Service modifies a Spectra Galaxy print head into a VUTEk PV200/600 jetpack. The printhead needs to be purchased separately.
VUTEk PV200 Print Head Modification Service service is performed by a VUTEk qualified engineer as follows:- Inspection and basic cleaning- Removal of reusable items- Replacement of thermocouples (if required)- Check and if required replacement of damaged heater elements and supply of o-rings- Ultrasonic cleaning of mounting bezels and ink manifolds- Rebuilding of all hardware and install heater circuit- Check heater circuits for earth shorts and heater continuity- Perform mechanical alignment and replace missing / damaged mounting screws- Position heater cables and seal head assemblies- Complete hardware build- Seal Jet Faces and Security Tag- Package for shipping
