RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We strive to offer our customers products of the highest quality providing solutions for the wide- and large-format digital printing market. However, due to some unavoidable circumstances, we know that there are some situations where a product or part will need to be returned or exchanged. In such circumstances, you can contact our customer support team email to process your request for return/exchange. Your request will be reviewed by our support and technical team, and they will work with you to find a solution to any problem you’ve encountered.
We Guarantee all print heads sold here are guaranteed new, never been used, refurbished, altered, or sold prior to your purchase. Since the nature of printer heads such that it cannot be resold once open from its packing, we do not accept returns on printheads. The printheads come with serial numbers and head rank(Epson printheads). Tampering or missing serial numbers on printheads voids all warranty and returns of the printheads. All Printheads will be shipped from the U.S.A.
The Customer must inspect the order immediately upon delivery. The goods shall be deemed to be accepted by the Customer if the Customer has not given full and detailed notice to the shipper on the delivery note. The printheads cannot be returned once it’s installed or used.
Acceptance shall cover all defects which the Customer could discover or should have discovered at the time of delivery of the goods (external and visible defaults) or in the following 48 hours (defaults inside the package) when carrying out careful inspection, including discrepancies between the goods sold and delivered in terms of models.
The printhead will only be replaced after the print head manufacturer evaluates the print head and confirms that there was no defect caused by fluids used, electrical surges, Improper Installation. Printhead warranty does not cover printheads that have been misused, altered, neglected, handled carelessly, or damaged due to improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs or used with non approved inks or fluids or installed /handled by non certified technicians. printko-supplies.com does not take any responsibility for damages. The RMA report issued by the manufacturer is final and binding to all the parties. RMA claim should include full installation procedure followed, Fluids used, Nozzle tests, and other required information required. The RMA results take between 4-8 weeks after the parts are shipped to the facility. All shipping expenses for RMA will be cover by the customer. The estimate for RMA procedure is included in RMA form
The item can be returned under the following conditions:.
– The item is different from the order list.
– There is obviously design flaw on the product.( Any Part visibly missing or broken )
Returned items are regarded as invalid under the following conditions:
– No claim is made up to 5 days after the customer has received the products.
-The item is returned because of different color or packaging which has no effect to the product.
-The returned item does not meet the conditions.
-The returned item will only be exchanged with a same style item; If such item is out of stock, it is acceptable to exchange with other item from our website but in same value.
– The returned item should be undamaged and in their original packaging. Any signs of use on the parts shall not be returned.
-Please provide the following information when returning the products: products’ names or codes, the problems encountered, and your order information.
-The return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the buyer.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items on sale.
- Printheads are not refundable and the payment returned is with store credit only.
Are there any charges for return?
- We would charge a 15% Restocking Fee on all products that are returned without a warranty issue or by mistakes made in when the order is placed. (Like extra item ordered or if a wrong item ordered)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
- If an error was made and an item was wrongly sent, then the shipping charges will be covered.

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item, and how the item was purchased.
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase,
